It’s been an interesting period of time.
I’ve been working on a sailboat racing project.
Something that slowly becomes apparent is the lack of crew members. Those are the people who do that actually work during a race, raising and lowering sails, for instance.
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University has a Sailing Club. They recently received the donation of a 32 foot Evelyn sailboat. Yellow sails below, pictured with Norm Church’s Obsession, the overall winner of the 2020 Commodore’s Cup Offshore Sailboat Racing series.
